Kodak to release new Ultra-Zoom Z-series Camera

Kodak has added a new super zoom camera to its line of digital cameras called the Kodak EasyShare Z1015 IS. The new camera has a 15x Schneider-Kreuznach Varigon optical zoom lens with image stabilization. The lens has a wide angle setting of 28mm as well to capture dramatic shots in tight quarters or in front of spectacular landscapes.

The Z1015 IS has a 10MP sensor and features a best in class 0.22 second click-to-capture speed for fast action shots. The camera also has Kodak’s Smart Capture feature which automatically adjusts settings for the best image in a given scene.
