All in One PC from Averatec
Consumers desire for tidy all-in-one PC’s is constantly growing. Yet, nobody has really managed to compete with the beauty and functionality of Apple’s iMac. Computer manufacturer Averatec is getting closer with their All-in-One PC. Complementing Averatec’s current product line of notebooks, the new desktop computer added to the company’s line of PC’s does look similar to its rival, the iMac, but boasts a sleek contemporary design, sporting an outer high gloss black casing and a large super bright 22-inch display widescreen powered by the exceptional AveraBrite LCD technology. The name of the new device is also original: “All-In-One PC”.
Designed as a full featured desktop personal computer, the Averatec All-in-One PC is boosted by a 2.4 GHz Intel E4600 Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of RAM expandable to 4 GB and a 320 GB hard drive. There is also a nVidia GeForce 8400 dedicated graphics card which will add some gaming capabilities to it and the usual by now Windows Vista Home Premium. Other features which are worth mentioning include a full size wireless keyboard, a wireless mouse and MCE remote control, a Dual layer DVD/CD burner, a built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam and a 4-in-1 media card reader.
“We know that our customers are looking for performance and style. The traditional workplace is evolving to Small Office, Home Office environments, not to mention increased acceptance of telecommuting. With that in mind, our new All-In-One platform is the solution to satisfy this growing need,” commented Darren Lee, Director of Marketing at Averatec. Lee further states: “From its small footprint to the integrated remote control caddy, our All-In-One PC is a hands down winner and marks another milestone for Averatec.”
The system is available at major online resellers and through Averatec online at http://www.shopaveratec.com at an estimated price of $1249. Averatec’s products are backed by a one-year limited warranty and one-year, toll-free technical support available Monday through Friday 8-5 PDT.
